I started this blog in 2006 to provide useful information for soldiers and their families stationed at Fort Carson and for soldiers pcsing to Fort Carson. I have lived in Colorado Springs since 1993. I spent my last 4 years in the Army at Fort Carson. I used to think Fort Carson was the best kept secret in the Army but I don’t know if it still is.
I’m a Realtor with a very innovative real estate company Nextage Pikes peak PropertiesPartners Realty. I love what I do and that’s helping soldiers and their families find a place they can call home. Having come from a military background, you can expect the highest level of integrity and honesty from me. I have gotten to know well, the Colorado Springs housing market since the early ninety’s. In that time I’ve resided in four very different neighborhoods giving me an inside perspective of the advantages and amenities of various locations throughout the “Springs” and “Fountain” general area.
